Resident Physician Leadership Award Nomination Form
This award will recognize a resident physician who has demonstrated outstanding leadership skills during medical residency training. Two resident physicians from the University of Calgary and two resident physicians from the University of Alberta will each be awarded a prize of $500 annually.
Nomination period: October 1 – November 30 of each year
