As a resident physician training in Alberta, you are automatically a member of PARA. Resident lists are forwarded to PARA at the beginning of each academic year and are updated monthly.
Health Services (AHS) deducts membership dues at a rate of 0.95% from your pay. These deductions are made in alignment with AHS payroll procedures.
