PARA negotiates on your behalf for Health and Dental benefits. AHS and Alberta Blue Cross administer your benefits.
For questions about benefit enrollment, Flex Spending accounts or adding a family member to your benefits reach out to the AHS HR Contact Centre.
Current employees can submit their questions through the ServiceHub on Insite by creating a self-service case or using the chat feature to connect directly with an agent. Additionally, both employees and non-employees can contact an agent by calling the toll-free number at 1-877-511-4455

Alberta Blue Cross mails the ID cards directly to the employee’s home address (the one submitted to e-People). Cards will be mailed out after the enrollment period has ended.

Premiums
Alberta Health Services pays 75% of the monthly premiums for the supplementary health and dental benefits.
